I get why that feels frustrating. It’s not just about jobs — it starts to feel personal when no one replies.
But here’s the honest truth: most of the time, it’s not you — it’s how you’re showing yourself on paper.
If I were you, I’d stop mass applying for a moment and reset a bit:
Make your CV very clear, simple, and focused on results (not just responsibilities)
Tailor it slightly for each role instead of sending the same one everywhere
Add a short, human cover message — not robotic, just real
And most importantly, don’t rely only on applications… try reaching out to people, even just a short message. You can read my blog on Why Networking Matters.
Also, early in your career, silence is normal. You’re competing with hundreds of others who look similar on paper. The goal is to stand out just enough to get that first “yes.”
One more thing — don’t let the lack of replies mess with your confidence. You’re not being rejected… you’re just not being seen yet.
