Will the Company Sponsor My Employment Visa?
If you’re applying for a job in Dubai from another country, there’s probably one question sitting at the back of your mind:
“If they hire me, will the company take care of my employment visa?”
In most regular UAE employment situations, yes — the company will normally arrange and sponsor your employment visa and work permit.
So, if you’re applying from overseas, you generally shouldn’t be expected to arrange your own employment visa just to start working for the company.
But here’s where I want you to be a little careful.

Don’t assume every job posting works exactly the same way.
Some positions may have specific requirements, such as candidates already being in the UAE, having their own visa, or being available to transfer an existing visa.
That’s why I always recommend checking the job description carefully before making any decisions.
And please, don’t pay someone simply because they promise to “arrange your job visa.”
If a legitimate company offers you a job, they should clearly explain the visa and work-permit process to you as part of your employment.
So, if you’re sitting outside the UAE thinking,
“Maybe I shouldn’t apply because I don’t have a UAE visa…”
Go ahead and apply if you meet the job requirements.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you apply.
Let the company tell you what they can offer and what the next steps will be.
